CARE GUIDE

Bath Towel Care Guide

Caring for your Toweltique towels ensures lasting softness, absorbency, and comfort.

Before First Use
Wash your towels before using them for the first time. This helps set the fibres and enhances absorbency.
Avoid using fabric softeners or conditioners — they can coat the fibres and reduce absorbency.

Washing
Machine wash warm (up to 40°C) with similar colours.
Use a gentle detergent, free from optical brighteners or bleach.

Wash dark and light colours separately.

Drying
For the softest finish, tumble dry on a low to medium setting.
Remove promptly to avoid creases.

Line drying is an excellent alternative — it’s gentle on fibres and the environment.

Care Tips
Avoid overloading your washing machine — towels need space to circulate and rinse properly.
Every few washes, add a cup of white vinegar during the rinse cycle to refresh and restore softness naturally.
If you notice linting, it will reduce after the first few washes — a natural characteristic of quality cotton.

Kitchen Towel Care Guide

Durable, versatile, and beautifully made — with the right care, your kitchen towels will stay fresh and reliable for years.

Before First Use
Wash once before use to improve absorbency and remove any finishing residues.

Washing
Machine wash warm (up to 40°C) with similar colours.
Use mild detergent — avoid bleach unless treating white-only towels.
For towels used around food or oil, a longer wash cycle helps lift residues.

Drying
Tumble dry on low or line dry for a crisp, natural feel.
Avoid over-drying, as excessive heat can weaken fibres.

Care Tips
Do not use fabric softener; it can reduce absorbency over time.
Iron on a medium setting if desired for a neat finish.
Rotate your towels regularly to extend their lifespan and maintain freshness.
