Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return unopened towels within 30 days for a full refund. Used or damaged items are not eligible except where defective. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item was faulty.
1. What is your returns policy? We hope you’ll love your Toweltique purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
2. How do I start a return or exchange? Simply contact our Customer Care team at hello@toweltique.com with your order number and details of your request. We’ll guide you through the simple returns process and provide the appropriate return address.
3. Do you offer free returns? At present, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
4. Can I exchange my item for a different colour or style? Yes. If you’d like to exchange your Toweltique item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to check availability. Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed promptly.
5. My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do? We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Please email hello@toweltique.com with a brief description and photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
6. How long will it take to receive my refund? Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
